IMMEDIATE HIRE! We are currently seeking a part-time Office Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opening offering flexibility for those with the necessary experience but unable to commit to full-time hours. RESPONSIBILITIES: . Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the office is operating smoothly. . Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls. . Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail. . Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately. QUALIFICATIONS: . Prior experience in a construction environment is highly desirable. . Self-starter with the ability to work independently. . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. . Familiarity with general construction terminology. . Excellent organizational and time-management skills. . Strong written and verbal communication skills. .
