Overview

Kimley-Horn is looking for an Experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Phoenix, AZ office! This is not a remote or hybrid position. 

Responsibilities

  • This role will help lead the efforts of experienced professional hiring across Arizona and Nevada.  The qualified candidate will play an important role in the growth of Kimley-Horn.
  • This person will engage with the best external talent, and build candidate pipelines for active and passive candidates.  
  • Develop tools for our firm to market the company as a best place to work.
  • Manage and coordinate the recruiting program including: applicant tracking system, employee referrals, recruitment projects, initiatives, improvements, updates, etc.
  • Promote our Employee Referral Program internally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 6+ years of relevant (AEC or Professional Services) recruiting experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as previous experience presenting to groups.
  • Ability to travel, as needed. 
  • Professional presence and charisma, with the ability to create strong working relationships with internal and external staff.
