Job Description

We are currently seeking a Transitions Analyst for Work Dynamics Finance Transitions support. This role will assist with different account Finance team needs before, during and after a client account goes live or expands. Our Analyst is responsible for financial planning and setting up the financial structure of a new or growing client accounts. This is a fully remote role and must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Analyst responsibilities:
Prepare, analyze, and reconcile transition budgets for each new client.
Work with Transition team, On-account team, and Finance Lead to ensure accuracy with Transition budget.
Communicate with Corporate Accountants to complete journal entries for Transition related expenses.
Improve efficiency of budget tracking process and reporting.
Assist the Finance Leads with transitions on needed basis.
Account set-up responsibilities:
Actively participate in daily active client transition meetings.
Manage Transition Team SharePoint Site, including user access, folder creation and updating links.
Develop/Update transition plans to track progress toward the implementation date.
Alternate for the Team Lead when unavailable or as additional support for contact with the client transition lead, and /or the JLL Account representative(s).
System setup inclusive of E1 accounting platform, Corrigo, Bottom-line AP
Accounting responsibilities:
Walkthrough Financial processes and procedures with finance team
Client Billing handoff: work with finance team to prepare initial client funding request, update funding log, record client billing.
Client cash received: once cash received, update funding log, record cash receipt, process payment, update cash log.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3-5 years of relevant work experience
MS Excel skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic.
Understanding of and commitment to client service
A desire to work within a fast-paced, diverse, collaborative, and driven team environment.
Strong accounting skills
