Operate, setup, maintain and perform minor equipment repair within the production cell.
Set-up machines for operate only
Be capable of running multiple machines at the same time
Possess the ability to make minor program changes on Fanuc robotics controls
Able to set-up and operate all Warhawk Cell equipment
Must be able to identify, analyze, and evaluate machine and material problems
Report necessary machine repair problems to maintenance
Be capable of makingadjustments and repairs to equipment and machines when necessary
High School diploma or GED
Previous experience in machining and troubleshooting required
Experience in general metal forming machine setup is a plus.
