Internship Business Process Excellence
THE INTERNSHIP
We are currently looking for an Intern who will join the Business Process Excellence Team to support the implementation of Lean Methodologies and Continuous Improvement programs at site level.
We offer a 6 months internship with a possible 6-months extension
Tasks & what you will be learning:
In this internship you will be able to support in the following activities:
- Implementation of the methodology and help collect and analyze improvement ideas with business functions;
- Analyze and process data for the development of cross-functional improvement projects and support the optimization of information and materials flow along departments;
- Mapping processes and activities, identifying and implementing improvement solutions with the application of Lean Manufacturing methodology;
- Working groups in the development of projects;
- Provide support to the relevant functions in the implementation of improvement actions of application systems;
- Develop 5S in operating areas;
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related degree;
- Theoretical Knowledge of the Lean Manufacturing metodologies (e.g Standardized Work, Process Mapping, A3, OEE) or Six Sigma would be considered a plus;
- Good Excel knowledge;
- Fluent English level and Native level of Italian language;
- Analytical skills and organizational and time management skills;
- Positive and proactive attitude;
- Good Team Work and Goal oriented;
