Participants working as Breakfast Prep and Line Cooks will work the early morning breakfast shift. Shifts begin at 6:15AM daily and end around 2:00PM daily. Daily duties will include food preparation of breakfast items including scrambled eggs, pancake batter, and breakfast meats, including pork products. When restaurant is open, this employee will line cook in a fast-paced environment. Employer and Kitchen Manager will instruct employee on techniques for food preparation and line cook skills. Employee must have ability to arrive to work on time at 6:15AM and work quickly and diligently for 7 hours.
Pay rate is hourly with possible increase in pay as skills increase. Overtime and extra hours opportunities available.
