We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to play a pivotal role in providing advanced financial expertise and strategic guidance to various departments within our healthcare organization. This is a long-term contract position based in Rancho Cordova, California, where you will be instrumental in influencing business decisions, supporting organizational objectives, and driving long-term planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct complex financial analyses, including forecasting, planning, and statistical evaluations, to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Finance, and executive leadership, to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
• Lead high-profile projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and drive continual improvements.
• Utilize advanced data mining techniques and software tools to extract and analyze financial data effectively.
• Coordinate mergers and acquisitions processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, documentation, and presentations.
• Develop and evaluate financial models, such as Pro Formas and cash flows, to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement best practices, methodologies, and streamlined processes to enhance efficiency.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and deliver impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on business solutions related to Physician Enterprise strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience with budgeting processes and financial planning.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, strategy, or healthcare is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of financial research techniques to analyze complex data and statistics.
• Familiarity with legal and fiscal regulations relevant to healthcare organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed reports and deliver effective presentations.
• Proven expertise in data mining, business systems, CRM tools, and merger integration processes.
