Responsibilities
How you will contribute to our National Security and Defense mission:
As a Full Stack Developer with MTSI, you will work with AFWERX, the center of innovation for the Air Force, identifying, acquiring, and integrating innovative capabilities. You will automate business processes within AFWERX to support innovative companies getting and executing contracts with AFWERX.

Responsibilities:
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
* Work with a business analyst to gain insight into the automation needs and opportunities within AFWERX.
* Rapidly automate manual tasks across AFWERX by creating automated data transfer products, eliminating manual checks, and pipelining data for powerful dashboards for end users to quickly find information and make data-driven decisions.
* Implement solutions in the Google Cloud Platform.
* Deliver and improve user-facing functionality on a bi-weekly sprint cycle.
* Make bug fixes and provide maintenance support for existing code bases.
Qualifications
* Python Development Experience (2+ years of academic or work experience)
* Experience creating data pipelines (1+ years of academic or work experience)
* Entrepreneurial and Motivated
* Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills
* U.S. Citizen
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with completion of a coding Boot Camp and 1.5 years of demonstrated coding experience.
Highly Desired Skills:
* Google Cloud Platform Associate Cloud Engineer Certificate or similar cloud certificate
* Google Cloud Platform development experience
* Agile Development Experience
Clearance Requirements:
* A Secret clearance is desired.
* Candidates must be Secret-eligible with an expectation of an interim Secret clearance within 3 months.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
* This is a 100% remote position.
* Occasional travel may be required to government and industry locations.
