Responsibilities




Responsible for developing, designing, and managing all mechanical design of complex projects in the pharmaceutical and laboratory facility design field, with strong clean room design experience.
Experience in the design of Cell & Gene and Biotherapy facilities is a plus.
Weekly reporting to individual project managers on project status, budget, and schedule
Generate and review calculations, equipment specifications, controls drawings, and construction drawings.
Maintain familiarity with current industry standards, trends, technologies, building codes and cGMP standards.
Develop proposals and client presentations.
Travel to sites approximately 15-20% of the time


Qualifications




BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and PE License
10 to 15 years' experience
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and co-workers
Ability to set priorities, to be self-disciplined and consistent.
Ability to muti-task between different project assignments
Good written and oral communications skills
Computer literacy in MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360
