Address: 101 New South Road, Hicksville, New York 11801 Telephone: (516) 681-1350 E-mail Address: Resume@acssystem.com Type of Business: HVAC Mechanical Construction Responsibilities: Creating 3D BIM models for mechanical portion of projects Creating 2D CAD models for the mechanical portion of projects from drawings and specifications that installers can read, understand, and use. Taking accurate field measurements for projects with existing buildings Coordinating with project management staff, subcontractors, owners, A/E, and other trades Flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required Qualifications: Degree or training or 1-year work-related experience with Autodesk Revit, preferably MEP Working knowledge of HVAC systems and understanding of construction practices Must be able to read and understand mechanical or HVAC drawings Must have a working knowledge of how to read other trades drawings (architecture,structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Ability to communicate designs clearly to project staff and others Preferred Qualifications: More than 3 years of work related experience with Autodesk Revit MEP Prior work experience in an engineering design firm Full Time Benefits: We offer a lucrative benefit package to our employees that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Life Insurance, Education reimbursement, to name a few.
