Manager, you will play a critical role in driving improvement activities
that are aligned to strategic objectives of the \'Commercial Vehicle,
Automotive and Powersports\' business unit at Modine. You will
collaborate with various cross functional teams within, and across,
business units as you scope, plan and execute 80/20 related projects.
The position is also responsible for managing programs externally with
strategic customers and suppliers. You will be tasked with identifying
the critical 20% of efforts that yield 80% of results and focus on them
to drive project success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business
unit leadership and cross functional counterparts to identify, scope and
prioritize improvement projects leveraging 80/20 principles Develop
comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation
and project deliverables Utilize 80/20 discipline to focus on the most
impactful tasks and activities to achieve project goals within the given
constraints Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with
the project and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact
on project objectives Monitor project performance metrics and key
performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for
improvement, and make necessary adjustments to stay on track. Maintain
regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project
progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals and
