JOB REQUIREMENTS: Mortgage Servicing Specialist - DF1804
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Royal Credit Union is looking for a
self-motivated team member committed to working in a team, to join our
fast-paced Mortgage Servicing Team. If you are looking for a position

opportunity is for you! Hourly Wage: \$16.90- \$18.90 (candidates with
significant related experience may be higher and pay rate is dependent
on office location) Work Schedule and Office Location: This is a
full-time, hourly position working core hours between 8:30 am 5:00 pm
Monday Friday with additional hours as needed. This position will be
located Eau Claire, WI Mortgage Operations Center Training: Prior to
starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend
Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from
9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of
employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to
travel and lodging. \* Foundation Training covers fundamental
information about Royal\'s culture and core values which sets the stage
for team members to be successful within our organization. In addition,
this position is part of Royal\'s workplace flexibility program and has
the ability to be remote after training and proficient in the position
which is typically the first 6-9 month. Candidates must be able to
commit to the first 6-9 months being in person. Please Note: We reserve
the right to extend the training time in office as necessary. Team

and much more! Description: A Mortgage Servicing Specialist is
responsible for providing all servicing functions on mortgages and Home
Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) loans throughout the lifecycle of the
loan. This requires complete and accurate processing of transactions to
avoid repurchase or collection risks, as well as ensuring compliance
with daily processes. A Mortgage Servicing Specialist will provide
support to both Royal Credit Union Team Members and Members for all of
Royal\'s mortgage and HELOC loan products with exceptional, efficient,

service experience \* Have a working knowledge of financial services and
basic accounting principles \* Proficient using a computer with various
programs including Microsoft Office \* Be able to maintain a high level
of confidentiality \* Function in a high-volume environment and within
time constraints to meet deadlines \* Ability to pay close attention to
detail and be extremely accurate \* Excellent customer service ability
and exhibit composure when dealing with difficult members \* Communicate
and live Royal\'s core purpose and values, these define and drive our
organizational culture Preferred Experience: \* Experience working in a
