structural engineering division within our firm, setting the vision and

analysis of structural engineering projects, ensuring adherence to

Bachelor\'s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Professional
Engineer (PE) license in the state of Wisconsin. Proven experience in
the field of structural engineering in either highway and pedestrian
bridges, or dams. Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset to
identify and pursue new market opportunities. Excellent leadership and
communication skills to effectively guide and inspire teams. Extensive
knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry best
practices. Track record of delivering successful projects on time and
