is looking for a dynamic Production Supervisor - night shift who will
have a positive impact on the Operations team at its Tunnel City, WI
location. The Production Supervisor will directly supervise the
production and shipping operations to ensure that output is maximized at
the lowest cost while maintaining safety and quality requirements. The
successful incumbent will have the following Key Accountabilities:
Understands requirements of own job and those of reports to effectively
accomplish goals and objectives in a timely manner. Inspire high levels
of performance from peers and reports through sound leadership. Utilize
resources effectively to maximize production, lower costs, and eliminate
waste. Establishes, promotes and enforces high standards for
housekeeping. Ensures that company assets are used as according to their
designed function for maximum utilization. Plan production in a manner
such that a sufficient quantity of in-specification product is available
for packaging and loading to meet customer order requirements. Present
data as needed to support ideas and recommendations in written and
verbal form. Plans activities to achieve personal, plant and corporate
goals. Complete projects in a timely manner. Hands-on supervision and
scheduling of all hourly production employees to meet the demands of the
plant, including timecard preparations and vacation scheduling. Identify
