As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving inbound calls, maintaining customer service quality in a call center environment, and ensuring accurate data entry. Responsibilities:
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls from policyholders
• Provide high-quality customer service to resolve inquiries and issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist an account executive administratively in managing a certain territory of policy holders
• Undertake property and general liability insurance directly
• Use account management software (AMS) and insurance systems (One Shield) for effective work management
• Maintain a strong understanding of property and casualty insurance
• Conduct data entry tasks with precision and accuracy
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various administrative tasks
• Uphold fair housing law principles in all interactions
• Utilize email correspondence for effective communication with policyholders and team members
• Deploy basic office skills for efficient work management
