Contributes towards the delivery of quality health care with a concern for the well-being of those served. Provides high quality patient care by performing intake assessment, determining diagnosis, developing and maintaining a treatment plan, concurrent reviews and discharge planning for patients in the Behavioral Health Program. Therapy may include individual, family, couples or group counseling as appropriate, using clinically sound and evidence-based practices as current with state Mental Health laws, regulatory agencies, and policies and standards of care.

 

This role works Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5pm.  

Qualifications

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field
  • One year of direct behavioral clinical experience providing individual, group or family therapy in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
  • Competence with DSM diagnostic criteria and treatment planning.
  • Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills.
  • EAP knowledge and experience, preferred for EAP program positions
  • BLS

 

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly

Pay Range

$23.53 - $36.59 / hour
