Allied Universal Security Services is seeking to fill the position of an Armed Security Officer in Bourne, MA.

Full Time Hours 2p.m. - 10p.m. Monday - Friday

Weekly Pay Starting Rate $23.00 / hour with Paid Orientation

Applicant must possess a valid License to Carry & have at least one-year prior security experience

Ideal applicant would have prior Law Enforcement or Military experience

As an Armed Security Officer you will serve & safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government & more.

Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety & security procedures, site-specific policies & when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents & critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular & random patrols around the business & perimeter. Working environments & conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, & local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
Licensing requirements are subject to state &/or local laws & regulations & may be required prior to employment.
*A valid driver?s license will be required for driving positions only

From the time our Professional Security Guards are hired, generally, excluding some clients & unions, employees are eligible for health & welfare benefits 1st of month following 60 days of employment. For 401(k) eligibility employees are eligible after 6 months of service.
