• Handle inbound calls, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
• Oversee billing functions, ensuring all processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform clerical duties such as managing schedules, meetings, and trainings.
• Ensure regular and punctual attendance to support office operations.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the customer service industry
• experience in property administration is a plus
• Ability to efficiently take inbound and outbound calls
• Experience in Billing Functions is necessary
• Must be capable of performing Clerical Duties effectively
