This position is remote/hybrid role and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of WA, OR, CA,. Some in office work may be needed in support. Preferred candidates would reside in the Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, or Irvine, CA regions.

This position is responsible for providing ongoing administrative, planning and executive support of a highly complex and confidential nature for a system executive. The position assists in meeting specialized goals, and contributes to the achievement of the organization's vision, mission and strategic objectives by providing special project and executive support to a position of significant leadership within the PH and S system. The activities of this position include supporting an executive(s) by managing calendars, correspondence, meeting and agenda preparation and other logistical matters.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in English, Liberal Arts, or related subject or equivalent educ/experience.
Coursework/Training: Graduation from a technical program in secretarial or office support services or equivalent educ/experience.
5 years as an administrative assistant for an executive.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years supporting 100+ staff in an enterprise division in information technology
5+ years supporting 4 to 5 senior level executives divisional operations and calendar management
5+ years of project coordinating or support management experience
The salary range listed for this position MIN:$34.38 to MAX:$54.42 per hour is based upon the primary work location Redmond, WA posted. This position is remote. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.
