COMPLIANCE MANAGER
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD (WDB)
CLASSIFICATION: AMP (salaried)
DEPARTMENT: Workforce Development Board
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of the Workforce Development Board
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full-Time, works year round
LOCATION: Trenton, Missouri-Main Campus-WDB Building

Position Summary: The Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting in the oversight of programs operated by the Board to remain in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Must be able to travel independently.
Essential Functions: Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to

Monitor the Board and its sub-recipients to ensure program and Equal Opportunity regulations are being adhered to.
Serve as the recipient’s liaison with State WIOA EO Officer.
Attend training offered by the State Office of Workforce Development.
Train local staff on equal opportunity topics and program updates.
Assist in processing complaints.
Investigate and resolve program complaints.
Prepare and submit various program and EO reports as required.
Attend required meetings.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: Associate’s degree and/or multiple years’ experience which should include a combination of training, data analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Experience: Experience operating grant programs is beneficial.
Skills: Proficient in MS Office products, Internet, email. Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Physical Demands: Remain stationary for periods of time and operating a computer up to 8 hours a day; moving about between the office building, NCMC campus, some travel with driving to other locations; ascending and descending stairs.
Environmental Demands: frequent fluctuations between moving indoors and outdoors on tile, carpet, hardwoods, concrete, or blacktop with uneven surfaces; weather fluctuations.
