Required Skills: | Technician Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Special Engineer, MN Boiler License within one year of hire. • 2C Class, MN Boiler Engineers License within two years of hire. • MN Class D Driver’s License or higher • Basic computer skills and knowledge
Engineer Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Two yr college, technical or vocational school or equivalent experience. • Building Operator Certification – Level I, or equivalent program. • Minimum of one (1) year facility maintenance experience • 2C Class, MN Boiler Engineers License within one years of hire. • 1C Class, MN Boilers Engineers License within two years of hire. • MN Class D Driver’s License or higher • Basic computer skills and knowledge |

Job Description: |
Performs various tasks related to the operation and maintenance of the overall facilities safety program. Responsible for utility and mechanical equipment, monitoring of meters, gauges and various controls, and preventive maintenance. Performs troubleshooting, servicing and repair to various equipment including HVAC, electrical, lighting, water and sewer systems as well as various mechanical medical equipment. Additional tasks include painting, carpentry, installation of window treatments, window & door repair, & plumbing.
