Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican (dhmf.org/dominican) in Santa Cruz, California is a a multi-specialty, physician-owned group in a physician led and patient centered organization. We are affiliated with Dominican Hospital with a Level 3 NICU (dignityhealth.org/bayarea/locations/dominican//services/birth-center/level-iii-nicu).

Responsibilities

Practice Highlights:

  • Outpatient practice with dedicated call shifts (attending deliveries and rounding)
  • Level 3 NICU with onsite neonatologists

  • 1:5 call
  • 4 day work week option

Available Resources:

  • Mentorship from experienced physicians in the group
  • Dedicated MA team for efficient workflow
  • Internal pharmacy department handling daily refills

Compensation*/Benefits Include:

  • Salary:  $273,400
  • Shareholder opportunity
  • Excellent earning potential, including a salary guarantee period and productivity bonus

Qualifications

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pediatrics
