Pay Rate: $16.50
2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to deliver outstanding products.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to determine and successfully implement production goals.
- Monitor production lines and troubleshoot any issues to ensure continuous workflow.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Accurately record production data and maintain detailed logs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Ability to operate complex machinery with precision and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of safety and quality control standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working in a diverse team.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional technical training or certification is preferred.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and moving heavy materials.
