Job Description: |
Job Description Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized architectural and engineering firm, is experiencing unprecedented growth. As a result, a full-time position is available for a senior project manager. This position would lead project teams focused on delivering architecture, engineering and planning services for government facilities.
Responsibilities include leading project teams assigned to the client's project portfolio; developing scopes, fees, contracts and subcontracts; tracking and monitoring scopes, schedules, budgets and fees for small to large projects; scheduling and facilitating team and client meetings; building new and maintaining current client relationships; strategically expand business opportunities in government projects; developing and delivering presentations to clients. Limited travel will be required. The successful candidate must have the following: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in architecture from an accredited college or university AND At least 10 years of relevant experience of which two must be at the project manager level OR, if no degree At least 14 years of relevant experience of which two must be at the project manager level
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following: Experience in managing project for government facilities Managing project teams on large complex projects from proposal stage through project closeout Business development experience - seeking out and following through on new project opportunities Architecture license in any state with ability to obtain additional licensures NCARB certification LEED AP, WELL Accredited Professional, or Guiding Principles Compliance Professional
