RN Administrative House Supervisor PRN

Job Description

Provides oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities. Leads and directs the work of others. At least 5-7 years of experience in an acute care setting preferred. Licensure as a registered nurse (RN) required.

Administrative House Supervisor Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provides oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management.
  • Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise.
  • Coordinates patient flow & throughput.
  • Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities.
  • Leads and directs the work of others.
