We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Henderson, Nevada. In this role, you will manage schedules, organize seminars, and maintain customer records in our industry setting.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and organizing schedules, ensuring all appointments are accurately logged
• Taking full control of calendar management, making necessary changes as required
• Attending all industry-related seminars and ensuring all seminar equipment is set up correctly
• Preparing seminar packets and verifying the accuracy of dinner bills on a nightly basis
• Entering response sheets into the designated system for record-keeping
• Ensuring the accuracy of all appointment tracking and handling confirmation calls for all events
• Managing seminar attendance and maintaining full control over the process
• Making calls to customers as needed, providing assistance and enhancing their experience
• Adding customers to the 'do not mail' list as per requirements
• Utilizing administrative skills to perform all tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant / Appointment Setter for a minimum of 2 years
• Demonstrated ability in Administrative Assistance
• Strong Administrative skills are essential
• Experience in Scheduling Appointments and maintaining calendars
• Proficient in Calendar Management
• Ability to Assist Customers promptly and effectively
• Must possess a strong background in Customer Experience
