    • Manage case files using document and case management software.
    • Assist with some probate and estate planning matters as needed.
    • Analyze complex business litigation issues and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines throughout all case processes.

    • Proven experience in civil litigation, including superior court cases.
