and/or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or
related field preferred.

DUTIES:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists with the recruitment process.
- Assists with coordinating pre-employment drug testing and physicals.
- Assists with conducting new hire paperwork and orientation meetings.
- Processes returning and new seasonal employees.
- Maintains employee personnel files and other Human Resources and Risk
Management files.
- Responds to employment verification requests.
- Processes volunteer background checks.
- Assists with the employee exit process.
- Assists with annual insurance enrollment.
- Processes and maintains records for workers compensation claims.
- Completes annual compensation surveys.
