Overview: The Boys & Girls Clubs of Town of Wallkill are seeking Program Aides in Monticello. The Program Aid is responsible to vigilantly supervise club members and be willing and open to learn how programming operates on a day-to-day basis. We also emphasize that our employees need to be flexible when it comes to schedule changes, as often times, schedule changes do occur. There are no certifications or degrees required for the program aide position; however, childcare experience and CPR/FA certification is a plus. Requirements Must be 16 years or older, many of the staff members are in High School Physical Exam Reference Check Skills necessary to perform the job: Ability to adequately supervise club members Professionalism Ability to receive and accept constructive criticism Flexibility when it comes to schedule changes Shift and Salary; This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. from September - June (School Year) $15.50 to $15.75 hourly, benefits; childcare.
