The Finisher is responsible for mixing, matching and applying paint/stain to cabinets, doors and panels, as well as completing touch-ups and coordinating and managing painting projects to get done efficiently. They will utilize a wide range of specialized techniques and styles in creating a superior finished product for the customer. The Finisher will also perform other duties as assigned when necessary and work well under pressure. |

- Must be good with your hands and think on your own. Highly motivated.
- Preparing, painting and/or staining a variety of surfaces as needed for the specific project.
- Ability to read custom paint/stain ingredient card and following appropriate mixing instructions.
- Must be able to read a tape measure.
- Ability to organize and focus on simultaneous multiple projects.
- Self-motivated to follow-through on assignments to completion and exceed client expectations.
- Independent initiative to find better and more efficient ways to complete assignments.
- Keep area organized and clean at all times.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75lbs repetitively.
- Must have the ability to take initiative, work independently, demonstrate good judgment in the prioritization of multiple tasks, as well as adapt to and work well under tight deadlines and under pressure.

- Experience in using spray guns helpful but not required.
- Experience in the construction/woodworking field helpful but not required.
