    A growing organization in Roseville is currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join its team. The role of the Payroll Specialist is to efficiently and accurately process the payroll for the organization. Specialist ensures that computing, withholding, and deductions associated with net pay is done properly, timely and follows Federal and State guidelines. The Specialist processes check requests and invoices utilizing accounting software.

     

    Role & Responsibilities

    - Contact employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals

    - Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.

    - Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc.

    - Data entry into Excel and the UKG payroll system

    - Enter and audit union calculations via Excel as instructed

    - Download and distribute/save reports as instructed

    - Build and run custom reports out of payroll system

    - Other duties as assigned
