We are seeking candidates for Quality Assurance Technician roles to work on the 1st shift, from 7:00 am-3:30 pm. Compensation for these opportunities is $18.14-$20.04 per hour. Interested? What you’ll do as a Quality Assurance Technician: Follow all work instructions based on your department’s SOP, JSA, SSOP, etc. Report problems or concerns as they arise to your lead, supervisor, or management personnel Complete department-required paperwork as assigned Operate testing equipment Ensure adherence to all customer specifications Participate in harvest/seasonal processing activity, which may involve shift rotation as needed Positively participate and facilitate cross-training within the plant Be flexible and willing to participate in special projects or any changes that may arise Perform any other duties assigned Produce food products that are safe, wholesome, and meet established quality specifications Immediately report any incidents or situations that may compromise food safety or quality to a supervisor, lead, or plant management
