This is a job for a Lead Person position with a company located in Byhalia, MS.

Job Summary: We are seeking qualified candidates for Lead Person - 2nd Shift (Monday to Thursday - 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM) at our Byhalia, Mississippi Distribution Center.

Responsibilities of the position include: The Lead Person will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks as assigned by the Operations Supervisor. This person shall be responsible for accurately completing all shipping documentation and/or all system entries.
Assist the supervisor in coordinating activities of associates engaged in verifying and keeping records for outgoing shipments and preparing small package items for shipment. Check bills of lading, invoices, orders and/or other records to determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet small parcel shipping schedules.
Assist small parcel operators in pulling orders and putting away products for the small parcel area. Other Duties as assigned by the Distribution Management Team

Requirements of the position include: HS Diploma or equivalent. Experience working in a warehouse/distribution environment. Proven ability to show high attention to detail. Must have demonstrated leadership abilities. WMS experience, HighJump Preferred. Microsoft Office Suite. Forklift Certified.

Physical Demands: This position requires frequent sitting and standing.  Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and stand/walk for up to 4 hours at a time & push/pull/lift to 45 pounds.
