Job Title: Continuous Improvement Analyst        
 
Responsibilities: Complete the activities that can resolve processes and build, analyze, and present information opportunities along with operations and possible solutions/action plans to execute and improve the results of the business. The main purpose of this position understand and contribute to process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement improvement opportunities, collaborating with the business areas, to form a strong and effective team dynamic.
  • Develop and implement effective Visual Management solutions; Produce data and metrics, to provide visibility to track and evidence savings which will support benefit realization.
  • Support all departments in generating saving projects and achieving them by using and analyzing data.
  • ​Assist and execute all cooperative’s standard tools. 
SPECIFIC TASKS: 
 
  • Be an ambassador of change culture and encourage everyone to develop a high-performance profile in the team by conducting high-performance training to managers.
  • Support and accompany the managers, providing guidance on how to get better results in Daily production.
  • Help the Planning department to deliver a schedule per machine, per week/shift per hour.
  • Train the Head of departments on MOS tools to deliver attainment per shift, per day, per week.
  • Meet with Quality, safety, and production to establish the Definition of winning for each area where MOS is being implemented.
  • Make sure the Daily production meeting’s agenda is being followed properly and all pending actions are revised.
  • Train managers, manager’s backups up, and the operators in MOS tools, HR by HR boards, roll-up boards, DOW, traffic lights for both and/or any other tool developed to help achieve better results.
  • Follow up on the Hour-by-hour boards and Supervisor boards and escalate any situation not resolved during the inspection.
  • Coordinate with maintenance to have downtime and uptime recorded per process and deliver a baseline to determine if TZO is needed, if so, complete all TZO prework by submitting all resources needed to the purchasing department. 
  • Get machinery manuals and encourage maintenance to analyze and deliver lubrication map and Autonomous maintenance (weekly, monthly, and annually) on each area, Complete TZO training to managers and operators, schedule and lead with maintenance the “Take to the new event” and follow up on “Blue tag event log”. Zone each area with each owner and backup.
  • Design the OPL and Scoring chart and participate actively in all rounds to complete the Gemba Walk to sustain all implemented culture changes. 
  • Set up meetings to establish/coordinate responsibility, due dates, and resources for MOS process handoff. Follow up on action plans with each responsible.
  • Analyze and propose an ideal flow where MOS is to be implemented. 
  • Create the report and best practices presentations. Set up meetings to deliver high-quality presentations.
  • Be SME for MOS/playbook and enabler/trainer for MOS, brainstorming. Fill pipeline, coordinate with HHRR and prizes and other related activities.
  • Help all managers to improve the KPIs and results.

  • Clear and logical thinker
  • Ability to stay calm when working under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and very well organized
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
Preferred:
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Lean Manufacturing
