What's in it for you? * Location- Must be able to travel to Clarence and Basom farms * Payrate- $20.00/hr * Shift- 6am-4pm * Permanent * Paid training * Full time hours * Clean and safe work environment * Opportunity for growth What will you be doing? * Learn bird moving activities, including chicks/hens, counting, caging, and operating carts under direct supervision. * Participate in various bird procedures as vaccination and engage in thorough poultry house cleaning during flock turnover, involving dry and pressure cleaning of building, equipment, cages, feeders, ect., followed by disinfection. * Follow biosecurity protocols and assist in basic building and equipment maintenance, fixing cages, water lines, feeders, ect/. as needed. * Identify opportunities to eliminate re-work, waste, and potential hazards, informing the manager accordingly. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, meet or exceed tasks standards, and follow the schedule supplied by manager or team leader.
