SUMMARY
The Center Clerk is an integral part of the outpatient clinic team as a supportive point of contact for patient scheduling and services and operational management of the clinic. Center Clerks will work with Recovery Center staff to support its programs and participants. This position is temporary for 24 weeks, working 15 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.

Support visitors at the Center by welcoming them into the Center, support them in signing in to the Center and otherwise ensure that the Center is a warm and welcoming environment

Answer phones, respond to emails, make phone calls to participants and/or partners for follow up, information, and/or to schedule appointments

Assist with community outreach: transport, setup, and provide information during local events Functions as an initial point of contact for patients both on the phone and in office.

Appropriately triage calls, schedule appointments and provide information about the program’s services.
