Nickles Bakery is currently hiring Production Associates & Machine Operators.
Starting Wage:
- Production Associates $15.50 per hour
- Machine Operators: $16.75 per hour
- New Hire Bonus Available
Summary:
- Entry level and skilled positions for production jobs
- Responsible for various assigned manual labor skills including the moving, grasping, lifting, placing, and stacking of items relating to the production and finish process
- Identifies, counts, sorts, and inspects items
- Maintains workflow from conveyors. Operates equipment as assigned
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Must be capable of exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to handle ingredients, pans, products, pallets, racks, trays, packaging material, etc.
