Job Description
include representing TAME at events and conferences and managing program support staff, which includes a Program Coordinator and any contractors or interns supporting programs, such as temporary event staff. In collaboration with the Director of Community Partnerships, the Program Manager will ensure TAME meets its annual goals and objectives. Responsibilities Program Strategy and DevelopmentPartners with the Interim Executive Director to set the strategy and plan for TAME programs. Contributes to the development of TAME’s educational approach and pedagogy to maximize the impact of each program and align with TAME’s mission and values. Program Management and ImplementationLeads the recruitment process for TAME Clubs, fostering effective communication with core stakeholders, including Club and Region leadership. Manages the TAME Club registration process in collaboration with the Program Coordinator to ensure a smooth experience for all TAME program stakeholders. Coordinates the TAME Club toolkit design and execution, distributing resources to all eligible Clubs across Texas. Plans and executes the annual TAME Engineering Competitions, collaborating with TAME Region Leaders to deliver 12+ events statewide, including managing event planning contractors. Oversees the TAME Scholarship selection and distribution process to ensure a mission-aligned process, clear communication, and timely award delivery. Supervises TAME volunteers, providing clear guidance, motivation, and support to ensure effective program implementation. Financial and Budget ManagementManages program budget with support from TAME leadership, including providing inputs for budget development. Manages program spending to align with budget projections, and provides data as needed for financial and compliance reporting. Process Improvement and TechnologyWorks with the TAME team to streamline processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency and program outcomes. Stakeholder Communication and EngagementIn partnership with TAME’s Development and Communications Team, supports TAME’s online presence, including providing regular updates for the website and newsletters for Club and Region Leaders. Maintains unified, cohesive communications with TAME stakeholders through the volunteer/program relationship management system, Boomerang Volunteer. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Data-Informed Decision MakingEnsures regular monitoring and evaluation is conducted to ensure program effectiveness, working with the Executive Director to engage in data-informed decision-making for continuous program improvements. Performs other related duties as assigned.
