Operations is responsible for day-to-day functionality of the Rave Mobile
Safety environment. The team has multiple responsibilities that include, but
are not limited to, linux troubleshooting, user accounts, server
patching, configuration documentation, compliance support, and AWS

Monitor IT ticket queues and provide user support and solutions.
Monitor Slack channels and provide support and solutions.
