About You

You are the backbone of the company, responsible for ensuring the documentations are completed, gatekeeper of the processes, ensuring quick turnaround time for the business.


Your Day-to-Day

● Adapt and familiarize with HPG and LTO process and documentations required.

● Gatekeeper for all the documentations: Ensuring all the documents required are completed, provided by related stakeholders before passing to the Processor.

● Active in follow-ups, updating of information on progress.

● Responsible for managing the conversation with financial institutions for documents collection.

● Responsible for handling incoming & outgoing documents.

● Monitor and keep designated transactions by managing the company's database.

● Data reporting - Collecting, processing data to extract valuable insights and support decision-making processes.

● Able to maintain and update central filling systems and organize proper documents storage for business purposes.

● Carry any ad-hoc administrative task and operational support as and when required or assigned by superior/management.


Your Know-How

● Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

● An advantage if have working experience in Automotive or equivalent industry, with a proven admin or assistant experience.

● Required Language: English.

● Proficiency in relevant computer applications. Google Sheet (formulas) and Google Docs (reporting purposes).

● Discipline: Extremely detailed, curious, eager to learn, fast learner, punctual, result driven & good working attitude.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
