    Responsibilities:
    • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings to ensure efficient time management.
    • Coordinate and facilitate conference calls, including preparing agendas and documenting key discussion points.
    • Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, ensuring clear and precise communication.
    • Oversee travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations, while managing expense reports through systems like Concur.
    • Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
    • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely information.
    • Monitor and track timekeeping systems such as Kronos to support accurate reporting.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly.
    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops to foster collaboration and engagement.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement solutions.
    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
    • Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
    • Proficient in using tools like Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual collaboration.
    • Experience with timekeeping systems such as Kronos is a plus.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
