Duties:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and shop instructions
- Using hand tools, power tools, hand trucks, and pallet jacks
- Recognizing failed, breached, or insufficient welds
- Determining proper grind process
- Using grinding tools, equipment, abrasive wheels, and paper
- Using lean tools to identify and eliminate waste
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical, computer, and math skills
- Ability to stand stoop, crawl, climb, bend, and lift 50lbs
- Manufacturing experience preferred
