Our client is seeking a Leasing consultant/Housing specialist to join their team. You will be part of the supporting verifications. The ideal candidate will have leasing and certification experience. which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Determine eligibility and continued participation for Housing Choice Voucher applicants and families. Duties include interviewing clients, certifying, annuals and interim's, processing rent increases requests, negotiating rent amounts with landlords. Completing data entry, advising participants and landlords of program rules and regulations. Provide customer service to internal and external shareholders.
