Northrop Grumman is seeking at Industrial Security Analyst to:
- Must be able to adapt to a fast paced and challenging work environment and must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
- Support the day- to-day security functions of multiple Special Access Programs (SAPs) focused on Personnel Security and Security Education
- Responsibilities may also include functioning as an ACPSO
- Must be willing to work with limited supervision and have the ability to make sound decisions, take independent action, analyze problems and provide focused solutions
- Responsible for interpreting and applying manuals outlining regulations and establishing procedures for handling, storing, and maintenance of records and for granting personnel and visitors’ access to restricted records and materials
- Must have a working knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Manuals (5205.07), SAP Volumes 1-4, and security classification guides.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with 3 years of Security experience, or 1 year of security experience with a Masters; an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
- Must have and be able to maintain an active U.S. Government security clearance at the Top Secret level with a background investigation date within 6 years.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access.
- The ability to sit for extended periods, relay and receive information, and collaborate in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Industrial Security in a DoD contracting environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Working knowledge of US Government tools and databases, including DISS, JADE, etc.
