Advanced Trades: Overhead Line Electrical, Rural Underground Distribution, SMART Meter, and our Drone Piloting.&nbsp;Position Available: Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Admissions/Career Transition Services Department who can perform a variety of clerical functions. This position supports the Outreach and Admissions/Career Transition Director, and staff.&nbsp;&nbsp;Position Available: Administrative Assistant - Oneonta (Full-Time)General Duties:Maintain calendar and schedule appointmentsSend/receive incoming/outgoing mailFollow-up on dates for action itemsType business letters, reports, etc.Compose and prepare routine correspondences for signatureMaintain confidential files and recordsAttend departmental meetings, take notes/meeting minutesOrder and maintain office supplies and equipmentSkills/Qualifications:Ability to generate standard business letters, forms, and presentationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and writtenMeticulous documentation skills and attention to detailExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to Multi-TaskProficient in the use of computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook&nbsp;Ability to operate office equipmentEducational Requirements:&nbsp;High School Diploma or GED&nbsp;Prefer 2-3 years of experience.
