Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the operations and management of a childcare facility, ensuring the program is running smoothly and effectively. Work in collaboration with teachers, staff members, parents, and regulatory agencies. Build relationships with parents, address concerns, and maintain open lines of communication to ensure the program's success. Attend meetings, conferences, training sessions related to early childhood education, licensing regulations. Supervise and evaluate staff members. Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations. Ensure that facility is safe for children and complies with laws and regulations. Evaluate and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies. Manage the financial aspects of the childcare program. Develop and oversee budget, track expenses and revenues, and ensure financial sustainability. Handle billing and invoicing and manage payroll for staff members. Requirements: Associate Degree in business administration, management, communications, or human resources + 1 yr. of job experience.
