sales planning efforts for key revenue generating and business
development programs for segments of Consumer and Business Banking. This
person will, Responsible for developing the overall strategy, objectives
and tactical plans for key business and/or revenue generating and
business development programs Collaborate with Consumer & Business
Banking (CBB) leaders to develop goals and execute the go-to-market,
change management and training plans Responsible for establishing and
optimizing benchmarking, reporting and measurement for the key programs
Requirements Education Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Required
Experience 7-10 years Leading and managing complex sales and
revenue-generating programs and projects with multi-channel impact.
Required 7-10 years Strong cross-team collaboration and communication
working with Marketing, Finance and IT/PMO functions. Required 4-7 years
Building and managing sales teams preferably within Consumer and Small
Business Banking. Required Licenses and Certifications Must have access
to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if
