Motion Drive Products, you will be in charge of the overall HR
contribution and value added to the business. You will partner with the
relevant leaders to understand business drivers and the current and long
term strategy and to identify opportunities for HR to add value to the
business. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall HR
contribution and value add to the business, translating business goals
into HR priorities and ensuring effective implementation in partnership
with the appropriate Centers of Expertise (CoE) and Global Business
Services (GBS) - HR Services. The MOSE (Motion Service) HR Business
Partner (HRBP) provide on site HR support to employees and managers to
ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and team
performance.This is a position with global grade 12Your responsibilities
Enhance support for employees: Provide comprehensive HRBP support for
all employees, ensuring a seamless experience in areas such as employee
relations, compliance guidance, recruitment assistance for open
positions and proactive performance management strategies Deployment of
HR strategy and initiatives: Collaborate with divisional and country HR
teams to ensure the effective deployment of HR strategies and
initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, aligning them with the
division\'s goals and objectives Developmental training and
opportunities: Contribute to the development and delivery of
developmental training programs and opportunities for both site
leadership and employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and
