Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in providing exceptional onsite support for client software, ensuring the smooth operation of flight information displays and ticketing counters.
· Deliver comprehensive support for client software, focusing on flight information displays and ticketing counters to ensure seamless functionality.
· Address and resolve hardware issues, printer malfunctions, and perform password resets efficiently.
Work closely with other IT professionals and departments to provide integrated support solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

· 1-2 years of experience of technical support
· Go getter personality, sharp
· Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
· Experience with printer troubleshooting, hardware for PC and password resets.
Patience and professionalism when dealing with users.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Airport industry experience
