Order#: NY1498248 Driver Service Associate Health is Wealth is looking for a Driver Service Associate to transport clients in a comfortable, safe, and prompt manner. Driver responsibilities include regular cleaning of the vehicle after every passenger, immediately reporting vehicle maintenance concerns, following GPS while planning each route based on road and traffic conditions. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction and ridership, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations. Note that you dont need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles. Responsibilities Map out driving routes ahead of time and follow GPS to decide the most expedient trip. Adhering to all local, state, and federal traffic laws and changing travel routes to avoid traffic jams or road construction. Pick up and drop off clients from only authorized designated locations at the time assigned and prior to appointment time. Communicate late arrivals and drop off to dispatch prior to occurrence. Completing daily vehicle and travel logs to record work hours, travel-time, destinations, and expenses. Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed. Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders, and snacks are replenished as needed. Report any issues concerning customers and/or vehicle at once. Book car wash and detailing services to support interior and exterior cleanliness of the car. Market company during downtime at assigned locations. Proven experience as a Driver A valid NYS Class E drivers license *information is given how to obtain* A clean driving record and/or 6-hour defensive driving course Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50) Availability to occasionally take on call weekend and night shifts. A polite and professional disposition Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., at rush hour) or difficult client. High school diploma.
